Requests from other libraries


1. Only academic teachers of the Jagiellonian University may request materials.

2. Library borrows:

* article copies.

3. All borrowed materials can be used in the Reading Room only.

4. The loan period is determined by the lending library.

* bibliographical data of the ordered item:

in title write "Interlibrary loan".

7. It is not possible to order materials held in other Cracow's libraries.


*books from other libraries in Poland (beyond Cracow),
5. Request slip should include:
* user's name, e-mail, phone number,
book : author, title, year and place of publishing,
article: journal title, volume, author and title, pages,
and place a request slip at the Circulation Desk.

Service for other libraries


     1. The Library lends materials to other libraries in Poland (beyond Cracow).

     2. Library lends items located in Lending Room only.

     3. Lending period is 1 month (time for delivery is not included).

4. The following items can't be borrowed: books in one copy (from the Reading Room), journals, rare and valuable items.
