Interlibrary loan

  1. Only academic teachers of the Jagiellonian University may request materials.
  2. Library borrows:
    • article copies.
  3. All borrowed materials can be used in the Reading Room only.
  4. The loan period is determined by the lending library.
    • bibliographical data of the ordered item: in title write "Interlibrary loan".
  5. It is not possible to order materials held in other Cracow's libraries.
    • books from other libraries in Poland (beyond Cracow),
  6. Request slip should include:
    • user's name, e-mail, phone number,
    • book : author, title, year and place of publishing,
    • article: journal title, volume, author
    • and title, pages, and place a request slip at the Circulation Desk.

  8. Library doesn't borrow materials from foreign libraries. To place a request for items which are held in foreign library contact to Jagiellonian Library. For more information visit website: http://www.bj.uj.edu.pl/zas/reg_wm1_pl.php

  1. The Library lends materials to other libraries in Poland (beyond Cracow).
  2. Library lends items located in Lending Room only.
  3. Lending period is 1 month (time for delivery is not included).
  4. The following items can't be borrowed: books in one copy (from the Reading Room), journals, rare and valuable items.
